Wall Printing Equipment That Adds Wall Graphics to Your Existing Services
WallPrintScale manufactures commercial wall printing equipment for businesses that already sell graphics, print or interiors. The machine stands in front of the wall, prints your client's artwork straight from the design file and cures the UV ink as it prints. Wall graphics become one more service your own team delivers on site, alongside the signs, prints and fit-outs you already sell.
Built for sign and advertising companies, commercial large-format print shops, renovation and decoration contractors, mural studios increasing their output, and distributors and OEM partners. Send the surfaces you print on and your usual wall sizes, and the quotation comes back with a matched series, printhead and ink set.

Five Business Types That Add Wall Printing
The machine fits into work these businesses already sell, and it adds something different for each one.
Large-format print companies
Output no longer ends at the edge of the media roll. The same artwork goes onto the client's wall, glass or wooden panels, with nothing to mount or apply afterwards.
Renovation and decoration contractors
Feature walls, corridor graphics and room murals join the fit-out schedule you already run. Your own crew prints after surface preparation, without booking an outside painter.
Mural studios
Studios that paint by hand add a machine for photographic and large-area artwork, alongside the walls their painters still finish by hand.
Distributors and OEM partners
Wall printing equipment to resell in your market, with branding options on the machine body. Wholesale and OEM supply

The wall printer takes the file your studio already prepares: TIFF, PDF, JPEG or PNG, CMYK, 300 dpi or more.
New Wall Services for Your Current Clients
The fastest way a wall printer adds value is through clients who already buy from you. A client who orders a shop sign, window graphics or a fit-out adds the wall behind the counter to the same order, handled by the same team and invoiced on the same project.
- Brand and logo wallsReception areas, shops and showrooms, printed from the client's brand files.
- Interior feature walls and muralsOffices, hotels, restaurants and retail spaces, printed to the interior designer's artwork, including photographic images.
- Graphics on glass, tile, wood and metal panelsWith surface preparation and a test print before the job.
- Artwork on dark wallsPrinted over a white ink underbase on CMYK + W configurations.
- Floor graphicsWith the GP200B, the one series in the range that prints on floors.
Each service is sold on its own, or added to a sign, print or decoration project you are already quoting.

Direct-to-Wall Printing Compared With Vinyl and Hand Painting
Wall graphics are usually delivered in one of two ways. Printed vinyl is cut, applied and trimmed panel by panel, and every joint between panels is a place for seams and air bubbles. A hand-painted mural usually goes to a subcontracted painter, so the finish date follows the painter's schedule.

| Printed vinyl | Subcontracted hand painting | Direct-to-wall printing | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Work on site | Cut, apply and trim each panel | Painter works the design onto the wall | The machine prints the file onto the wall |
| Joins in the image | Seams and air bubbles between panels | None | No film, so no seams or bubbles |
| Who does the work | Installer applies the film | Outside painter on their own schedule | Your own operator, on the date you set |
| Finish | Film on the wall surface | Paint | UV-cured, water- and UV-resistant finish |
For a business that already sells walls, the job moves in-house. Your own operator prints the wall on the date you agree with the client, with no outside painter to book and no film to cut, apply or join.
Print Time and Ink Cost on a 15 m² Wall
A standard wall image is 2.5 m high and 6 m wide, which is 15 m². With print time and ink cost known per wall, you quote the printed part of a project on the same basis as the rest of your work.
2.5 m6 m2.5 × 6 = 15 m²
- ≈2 h
- Standard mode, about 8 m² per hour. Draft mode also runs at 8 m² per hour.
- ≈3 h
- High-resolution mode, about 5 m² per hour for the same wall.
- ≈$6
- Ink for the wall. About 2 ml per m² in Standard mode with CMYK ink, which costs about $0.40 per m².
These figures leave out machine setup, surface preparation and white ink; a white underbase or a full white layer raises ink use. The price you charge per m² is set by your own market, and project prices vary by region and project.
Artwork Placement and Print Margins
The print area stops short of the edges of the rail frame, so your designer sizes the artwork before the job and the machine places it where the client approved it.
- Margins
- On the GP200 the unprinted margin is 20 cm at the top, bottom, left and right. Margins for the other series are listed with each configuration.
- Red-light positioning
- A red light marks where the image starts on the wall, so the print lands on the approved line.
- Image zone printing
- A large image is split into zones that the machine prints in turn.

Print Results on Glass, Wood, Tile and Brick
The machine prints UV ink on walls, glass, ceramic tile, wood, metal, canvas, acrylic and brick. Results are application-dependent, so each surface type gets its own preparation.

Glass
Smooth surfaces such as glass, tile and metal get a coating before printing.
Wood panels
Printed straight from the file, for display boards, panels and fit-out joinery.
Metal shutters
Ribbed and flat metal is coated first, then printed with the head following the surface.
Dark walls
Printed on a CMYK + W configuration, with a white ink layer under the colour image.
Textured walls and brick are printed with the head following the surface, within the 1.5 cm range set out below. Surface preparation may be required on any job, and a sample test on the client's surface is recommended before a large order. Sample prints can be arranged on request.

Floor Graphics With the GP200B
The GP200B is the one series in the range that prints on floors as well as walls. A business that prints wall graphics quotes floor graphics for the same shop, showroom or event space with one machine. The GP200B weighs 60 kg and runs on a wheeled or rail base, so it moves between wall and floor jobs on the same site.
- ≈2 min
- to rotate from wall to floor, without taking the rails apart
- 3 m
- wide floor rail
- 2.3 m
- maximum floor print width
Print Head Tracking on Uneven Walls
Every machine in the range carries the same positioning and tracking functions, so textured finishes and brick joints are printed in the same run as the flat parts of the wall.
Dual ultrasonic distance sensors
The sensors measure the wall ahead of the head, and the head follows bumps and dips of up to 1.5 cm.
Obstacle sensors on the UP200
Sensors on the UP200 head detect objects in the path of the print head before it reaches them.
LED UV curing
The lamp cures the ink as it is printed, so the finished section of wall is dry while the run continues.

Daily Operation and Job-Site Reliability
A wall job is printed at the client's premises, often against a fixed handover date. These features keep the run going on site.
They remove the usual reasons a print day stops on site: an operator who has not been trained, printheads that dried overnight and a power interruption.

Learning the machine
A new operator learns the basic print workflow in about 10 minutes, so the machine does not depend on a single trained person in your team.
Ready to print the next morning
Electric ink suction cleans the printheads and a cap keeps them moist when the machine is parked. The printheads are heated, white ink is stirred automatically, and an alarm warns before ink runs out.
Power interruptions on site
The UP200 resumes after a power cut and lowers its head when power is lost, so the image continues where it stopped. The UP200P runs from a UPS that supplies 2000 W.
Wall Printing Equipment Built on MAXWAVE's Own Production Line
WallPrintScale is MAXWAVE's brand for commercial wall printing equipment. Every machine is built and tested on MAXWAVE's own production line; WallPrintScale configures, quotes and supports it.
- Research and development
- Parts sourcing, incl. original Epson printheads
- Assembly
- Whole-machine testing
- Quality inspection
- Protective packing
- International logistics
On the line, aluminium column profiles are stocked and fitted, motors are fitted to the bases, head carriage plates are mounted and wired through cable chains, control boxes are built and racked, and head units are assembled before the finished machines are lined up and checked one by one.
Because design, assembly and testing happen in one place, a question about your machine goes to the people who built it.

Finished machines leave the line wrapped on wooden bases, closed in wooden crates, palletised and loaded by forklift.
Inspection Points Before Each Machine Ships
Parts are checked before assembly and each finished machine is tested again before packing.
- On arrival
- Printheads, rails and motors
- During assembly
- Frame and printhead bracket
- Finished machine
- Print accuracy, continuous printing, high and low temperature operation and a transport simulation
The software is installed at the factory, so the machine arrives set up and already test-printed. Your first days with it go into assembly, the remote check and training before the first client wall.

CE Certificates, Ink Test Report and Design Patent
The machines are covered by CE certificates issued to the manufacturer under the EMC and Machinery Directives. The documents can be checked before you order, the Epson UV ink MSDS is available, and the certificate set for your configuration comes with the quotation.

Two-Year Warranty and Remote Support
Warranty
Each machine carries a 2-year whole-machine warranty; ink and printhead connectors are excluded. Every case goes to WallPrintScale, which handles it with the MAXWAVE factory team.
Remote support
You assemble the machine with the illustrated manual, send a video for an engineer to check, and your operator is trained online.

Supply for Distributors and OEM Partners
Distributors and OEM partners buy the same four series for their own markets. Branding options start on the machine itself:
- GP200B custom logo on the machine body
- UP200P custom logo on the control cabinet
- UP200 optional logo light box on the column
Partners quote from the same configurations, receive the same CE certificate set with each quotation, and pass warranty cases to WallPrintScale, which handles them with the MAXWAVE factory team.
